Beth Jones

“I started running a year ago and it has completely changed my life! I didn’t before because I felt like I couldn’t. I felt like I wasn’t ‘fit’ enough. And that I’d be the slowest. I have ran 4 half marathons with my best time at 1 hour 49 minutes and many of 10k and 5ks!

I’ve fallen in love with fitness and looking after my body! I trained as a musical theatre performer. In an industry that is so heavily focused on looks I just didn’t fit the ‘norm’.. it is only now since becoming a drama teacher that I am doing this for ME! And I feel great! Best I have ever felt and certainly the most fit and healthy I’ve ever been.”
